e-mess
Important emails directly on your messenger app

Context

Sometimes for your work you need to be reactive for specific customer even if they contact you during non-work-hours. That is why "e-mess" API has been created, an API between gmail and facebook messenger so as to receive directly urgent emails on messenger app.

The aim of e-mess

The aim of this API si to be directly in the known and then be more reactive. With this API, when you're not available on you professionnal email address, you can still receive the text emails from important customer on your Messenger App. It allows people to be ready for urgent problems or requests.

Target

E-mess is useful for every workers at least if they use a professional address but also messenger app from facebook. But the specific target is people who are working in digital on different projects and connected with people from all over the world and who need to be off sometimes but still stay connected with specific professional people.

How ?

Step 1

Connect to Zapier. With Zapier, you can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding.
Create a new Zap by click on Make a Zap
Search and select "gmail"
Click on the "New Email Matching Search" button
Click on "Continue"

Step 2

Select you Gmail Account
On the search String select the email address of the contact you want
Then trigger a test

Step 3

If your test is successful, Choose messenger and Send message from Page and continue
Connect to your Facebook account
then Click on Continue

Step 4

On page, you can select your profile so as to send the message to you and on Text you can insert the message of the email
Then click on continue
Click on test&Continue
If your test is successful, click on "Turn on Zap".
